Step 1
We meet on-site, measure, talk through what you want, and turn it into a written scope and quote — including selections, fixtures, finishes, and exclusions.
Step 2
Full demo down to studs and slab when needed. Plumbing rough-in is moved or upgraded by licensed plumbers; electrical by licensed electricians. Inspections coordinated where required.
Step 3
Showers get a full bonded waterproof system (Schluter Kerdi, Wedi, Hydro Ban) over properly sloped substrate. No exceptions.
Step 4
Tile and stone are laid out, dry-fit, and installed to TCNA spec. Vanities are shimmed level and anchored to studs or blocking.
Step 5
Plumbing fixtures, mirrors, lights, accessories, and glass enclosures go in last. We walk the project with you and don't call it done until you sign off.
