We dry-lay focal rows, balance plank stagger (no more than 33% offset for plank tile), and confirm transitions and direction with you before installation.
Step 4
Glued, floated, or thinset-set per product spec, with the correct trowel, adhesive, and expansion gaps for Florida's climate.
Step 5
Quarter round, T-moldings, thresholds, and silicone are installed clean, and we walk every room with you before final invoice.
