Step 1
Before the vanity arrives we confirm plumbing locations, electrical, and that wall blocking is in for floating vanities. Surprises here cause 90% of bad installs.

Vanities are shimmed level and plumb, then anchored to studs (not just drywall). Floating units bolt into solid blocking, not toggle anchors.
Step 3
Stone tops are templated after the cabinet is set, then under-mount sinks are clipped and silicone-sealed before the top goes on. Faucets and drains are installed and pressure-tested.
Step 4
Every door and drawer is adjusted for even reveals and soft-close action. We don't leave with anything misaligned.
Step 5
Color-matched silicone at top-to-wall, top-to-splash, and base-to-floor. Toe kicks scribed, trim returns clean, no exposed gaps.
