Step 1
We review plans and specs, submit material samples and shop tickets for architect/owner approval, and coordinate with the GC's schedule and other trades before mobilizing.
Step 2
Trained crew on-site with the right equipment for the scope. We protect adjacent finishes, set up dust control, and confirm substrate condition meets spec before we install.
Step 3
TCNA, ANSI, and manufacturer specifications followed for substrate, waterproofing, setting materials, movement joints, and grout selection. We document the installation for closeout.
Step 4
We coordinate with inspectors, the GC's superintendent, and follow-on trades. Issues get flagged early, not at punch list.
Step 5
Final walk with the GC and owner, written care and maintenance documents, and warranty paperwork submitted with closeout.
